Only trained staff members will have access to your personal information, which will be handled in a discreet, private and professional manner. We have a variety of security measures in place to protect your information. We use a confidential booking procedure in order to gather your personal information so that we are able to identify you and contact you in regards to your therapy.
You have access to your information and may request for access in writing by email.
How Users Can Modify or Delete Their Personal Information
If you have any questions about how you can modify or delete your personal information or simply need access to your records, please talk to your practitioner or reception staff.
You have the right to seek access to and update or correct the personal information we hold about you—excluding the exceptions outlined in the Privacy Act. If you make an access request, we will ask you to verify your identity. We may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.
